I have been out of work for 5 yrs due to false allegations of my oldest daughter and a teacher which is no longer working for the St.Louis Public Schools and an investigator who inappropriately and unlawfully conducted a unnecessary investigation. On my record is a charge of Proponderance of evidence of which I still don't fully understand. The allegation is concerning my now 15 yr old son. It was said that I was keeping him out of school because of a black eye, which they have not yet produced pictures of. The teacher is saying that my son was out of school 21 day in 2 quarters, there are 4 quarters in a school year. The teacher was marking my son absent when he was in school. My son was actually out of school for only 6 days and 3 of those days he was sick, the other 3 days he missed the bus and I had no means of getting him to school. I have not had the money to hire a lawyer to take this case and the lawyers I have talked to won't touch the case. The lawyer I did have back out of the case during the case, she has since been disbarred for abandoning an on-going case. I've had 1 interview in 5 yrs which was 4 months ago. Employers won't give me the time of day, and I've been told that as long as this is on my record, they will not be able to hire me. I can't even get paid to care for my mom who has bee dagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. I have $20,000 in unpaid debts to pay off, two of which are student loans. I have not been able to pay even my phone bill which I end up doing things I don't want to do just to keep these things on. I have to have a phone on because of my kids and my mother and we hve to have cable because of the digital tv switch. We have to have internet so that my son can do his homework, and I can communicate with the peple that I know. Everything we need there is a payment attached to it. I have not even been able to pay my life insurances for myself or my kid. This whole investigation started when my oldest daughter, now 19 made false accusations that my youngest daughter's father raped her. She confessed that everything she said was a lie, there were no charges filed against her. I was never arrested and no criminal charges were ever filed.

Can anyone assist me with finances and/or answers to getting this off my record?
